Chuck Washington, Director of Telecom and Security

Chuck Washington, Director of Telecom Vertical, brings over 25 years of combined IT and Telecom Infrastructure experience to the Centivity team. He brings expertise in the traditional areas of Change, Problem, and Risk management, along with Telecommunications Management Network principles and traditional Project Management concepts. His experience covers a variety of hardware platforms including, legacy mainframe systems, PBX and Tandem Switching gear, LAN/WAN Premise equipment, and cooper or optical physical transport media.

Eric Beauford, Director Social Recruitment Strategies

Eric, Director of Social Recruitment Strategies, has more than 15 years of experience as a Senior Business Development and IT Recruiting Industry Consultant and spent the last three years as a product and marketing consultant to the first recruitment focused social network platform, Cachinko, LLC. Whether he was assisting the Human Resources group for many of the Fortune 2000 companies, or mid-market and SMB space, he understood what the number one thing companies and their recruiters look for, referrals, and that social media can be a powerful referral recruitment tool, when used correctly.

Mike Pattison, Director of Business Applications and Process

As Director of Business Applications, Mike Pattison is responsible for leading projects in the business application vertical. Mike brings over 35 years of business, manufacturing, engineering, sales/marketing, project management and senior IT leadership to Centivity. His areas of expertise include Business IT alignment (BITA), business process simulation, analysis and improvement, IT leadership consulting, chemical industry CIO consulting, process engineering management, Industrial laboratory management, IT vendor relations consulting, and industrial systems integration consulting.

Blake Tritico, Director of Technology and Infrastructure

Blake Tritico, Director of Operations, brings 26 years experience to Centivity. Blake has overall responsibility for client solutions delivery working primarily with telecom services and information technologies to help clients reach the next revenue level or remove the barriers to operational success. Blake’s bring exceptional expertise in the planning, deployment and assessment of infrastructure and IT systems within the Energy, Manufacturing and Technology industries.

Jim Pyle, Director of Strategic Consulting

Jim Pyle, Director of Strategic Consulting, possesses more than 25 years of corporate finance, business development, and marketing experience. He has achieved significant success in developing long-term business partnerships with clients in the areas of capital acquisition, management, forecasting, negotiation training and management, needs alignment, long-term strategic planning, and simple critical number tracking. Embracing the concept of a single point of contact relationship, Jim’s ongoing mission is to provide coordinated relationships with our clients, providing all services that Centivity offers.
